🔧Transaction Failing? MetaMask Gas Setup Guide

For MetaMask Extension (v10.29.0 or newer)

  1. Start your transaction as normal in MetaMask
  2. Click the pencil icon ✏️ next to the estimated gas fee
  3. Click "Advanced" at the bottom of the pop-up
  4. Enter these exact values:

    Max priority fee

    25 GWEI

    Max fee

    25 GWEI

    Gas limit: Keep as estimated (or use 245710 if needed)

  5. Click "Save" to confirm

For Older MetaMask Versions

If you don't see the Advanced option:

  1. Go to Settings → Advanced
  2. Toggle on "Advanced gas controls"
  3. Then follow the steps above
